Using the site

Funzory is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play the games as much as you like. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use automated tools to interact with advertising on the site.

Ownership of the games

The games on this site are original implementations written for Funzory. Several of them are our versions of game concepts that have existed for decades — falling block puzzles, mine-clearing grids, sliding tile puzzles, paddle-and-ball games. Game mechanics and rules are not themselves copyrightable, but names, characters and artwork often are, and we have deliberately avoided using any that belong to someone else.

The source code, written content, layout and branding of Funzory belong to us. You may link to any page on the site freely. You may not copy the site's code or written guides and republish them as your own.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page and we will investigate promptly.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep every game working in current browsers, but we do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of defects. Your saved scores live in your browser and can be lost if you clear site data — we cannot recover them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funzory is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Advertising

This site displays third-party advertising. We do not control the content of those ads and their appearance here is not an endorsement. How advertising cookies work is explained in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
